Our commitment to quality and thorough understanding of planning for growth has attracted a wide range of clients with needs on both a small and large scale. For 45 years, we have provided Architectural, Interior Design, Strategic Positioning and Master Planning services to clients ranging from churches to municipal entities to schools to corporate buildings.
Our firm is made up of talented architects, designers, programmers, and technicians who approach the project from the client’s perspective. Building upon your image and identity, we strive for creative solutions that meet the project’s scope, schedule, & budget. We have developed an expertise in designing to a highly complex set of requirements and constraints, and through this process, we provide the facility that meets and exceeds all of the owner’s expectations.
The Strategic Positioning process begins with submitting a questionnaire to the owner’s leadership team to assist in the collection of statistical information (worship & education attendance, existing facility capacities, and financial revenues & expense, etc.). We use that data to explore multiple “what if” scenarios. Through scenario analysis modeling, solutions are developed to balance the owner’s needs within the context of time and funding.
Throughout the process, a variety of variables are created and modified in order to evaluate cause and effect relationships within various scenarios. These variables include:
Attendance Growth Rates
Education Distribution across Multiple Services
Adding Additional Worship Services
Education Capacities for each Demographic
Worship Center Seating Capacity
Design, Construction, & Fundraising Time-frames
Time-Value of Money (Construction Inflation)
Growth Rate of future Revenues
Distribution of Financial Expenses
Project Cost (Hard, Soft, & Developmental Cost)
